Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to listing fees and advertisement fees paid by vendors to submit products or promote them on Get Apps for Life. This policy does NOT apply to purchases made from third-party vendors listed on our platform.

2. Fee Refunds

Refund Eligibility

We will ONLY issue refunds for listing or advertisement fees in the following circumstance:

✓ Your submission (Product or Advertisement) is REJECTED by our admin team

2.1 Approved Submissions

If your submission is approved and published on our platform, the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after approval
  • Poor performance or lack of sales
  • Deciding to discontinue your product
  • Wanting to update or modify your listing
  • Any other reason after approval

2.2 Rejected Submissions

If your submission is rejected by our admin team, you are entitled to a full refund of the fee paid, minus any Stripe processing fees incurred (which are non-refundable). Reasons for rejection may include:

  • Product does not meet our quality standards
  • Incomplete or inaccurate information
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Product category not suitable for our platform
  • Fraudulent or misleading claims

3. Refund Process

3.1 Automatic Refunds for Rejections

If your submission is rejected:

  • You will receive an email notification explaining the reason for rejection
  • A full refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider

3.2 Refund Timeline

  • Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 24-48 hours of rejection
  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days
  • Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: As per the payment provider's policy

4. Third-Party Product Purchases

⚠️ IMPORTANT

Get Apps for Life does NOT process refunds for products purchased from vendors listed on our platform.

  • All product purchases are made directly with the vendor
  • Each vendor has their own refund policy
  • For product refunds, you must contact the vendor directly
  • We are NOT responsible for vendor refund policies or disputes

If you have issues with a product purchased from a vendor on our platform:

  1. Review the vendor's stated refund policy on their product page
  2. Contact the vendor directly using their provided contact information
  3. If the vendor is unresponsive, you may report the issue to us at hello@getappsforlife.com

Note: While we may investigate vendor complaints, we cannot force vendors to issue refunds or resolve disputes.

5. Payment Processing Fees

Please note that payment processing fees charged by Stripe or other payment providers are non-refundable. Even in cases where we issue a refund for a rejected submission, the amount refunded will be the original fee minus any processing fees retained by the payment provider at the time of transaction.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider:

  • Your account may be suspended pending resolution
  • If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent, your account will be permanently banned
  • We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback
