  • We do NOT guarantee that any "lifetime" offer will remain available indefinitely
  • We are NOT liable for any disputes, issues, or problems between you and product vendors
  • Each vendor is solely responsible for honoring their lifetime offer terms

3.1 No Warranty or Guarantee

We make NO warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy of product descriptions or vendor claims
  • The availability or continuity of any lifetime offer
  • The quality, security, or reliability of third-party products
  • The financial stability or longevity of product vendors
  • Whether vendors will honor refund policies or money-back guarantees

3.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Get Apps for Life shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of listed products
  • We are NOT responsible if a vendor discontinues their product, goes out of business, or fails to honor their lifetime offer
  • We are NOT liable for any data loss, security breaches, or technical issues related to third-party products
  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any product is to contact the vendor directly

3.3 Vendor Responsibility

By purchasing or using any product listed on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are entering into a direct agreement with the product vendor, NOT with Get Apps for Life
  • The vendor is solely responsible for product delivery, support, updates, and refunds
  • Any disputes must be resolved directly with the vendor
  • We act only as a marketplace facilitator and listing service

4. User Accounts

To submit products or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Product Submissions

5.1 Submission Requirements

When submitting a product listing, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to offer the product
  • All information provided is accurate and truthful
  • Your product does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • You will honor the terms of your lifetime offer

5.2 Listing Fees

Product submissions require a one-time listing fee. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE except as specified in our Refund Policy.

  • Remove any listing at our sole discretion
  • Modify listing content for clarity or compliance

6. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Apps for Life, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your product submissions or listings
  • Any disputes with other users or vendors

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Get Apps for Life operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
